I'm an operations leader who builds systems from zero in early-stage technical and scientific companies. Most of my career has been spent in neurotechnology, medical devices, and adjacent healthcare technology. I'm drawn to early-stage, mission-driven environments where the work is consequential and success depends on closing the gaps no one else owns.Currently exploring my next role as Director or Head of Operations at Series A or B companies in biotech, healthtech, hardware, deep tech, or climate. Open to introductions.About the name: Tai (my partner) called me 'messy Vessy' years ago because of the mess I left behind while cooking. The name stuck.
